The Israeli Opera Friends Association

The Israeli Opera Friends Association was founded in the Opera’s early days and supports the work of the Israeli Opera and its varied activities. Thanks to the contributions of the Friends Association members, the Israeli Opera is able to attain unique artistic achievements and become one the leading international arts organizations in Israel.

The Friends are invited to première performances of opera productions, get complimentary programs and in addition they enjoy numerous special events: attending rehearsals, private concerts, receptions on première nights, VIP events, meetings with opera artists and more. The Friends Association also organizes for its members special opera trips abroad (for additional cost).

The Friends receive personal service through the Friends’ office and have specially reserved preferred tickets (in reduced prices) for opera and other performances held at the Shlomo Lahat Opera House. The Friends names are noted in the Israeli Opera programs, and we are proud that every year new members join the most distinguished and lengthy list of our Friends.
