Igor Onishchenko, baritone, was born in the Russia. His repertoire includes Silvio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Mill Worker in Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk (Shostakovich), Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro, the title role and Masetto in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Paris in Romeo et Juliette (Gounod), Nikitich in Boris Godunov (Mussorgsky), Belcore in L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Escamillo in Carmen (Bizet), Germont in La traviata (Verdi), Marcello and Schaunard in La boheme (Puccini), Robert in Iolanta, Yeletsky in Pique Dame (Tchaikovsky) and other roles. He performs at the Vienna Staatsoper and in the opera houses of Ravenna, Santiago de Chile, Toulouse, the Salzburg Festival and others.
