    Agmon Zohar, mezzo-soprano

    Agmon Zohar, mezzo-soprano

    Zohar Agmon was born in Israel. She graduated from the Jerusalem Rubin Academy for Music and Dance. During her studies she appeared in recitals and concerts throughout Israel in varied operatic and concert repertoire including the Mozart Requiem with several local orchestras including the Israel Chamber Orchestra, The Haifa Symphony Orchestra, the Israel Camerata and the Raanana Symphonette Orchestra. She has been a recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation. Zohar Agmon was an associate singer of the Israeli Opera's Opera Studio where her repertoire included Zweite Dame in Die Zauberflöte, Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart) and Cenerentola in La Cenerentola (Rossini). She also performed in numerous Israeli Opera concerts at the opera house as well as all over Israel.
