Chiara Donato, costume designer, was born in Italy. She has collaborated with Jean-Claude Auvray on numerous productions, including Die Zauberflöte (Mozart), La traviata, Ernani (Verdi), Madama Butterfly (Puccini) and others, at Basel, Toulouse, Montpellier, Avignone, Lucern and Saarbrücken.
