Granek Keren, lighting designer
Keren Granek, lighting designer, was born in Israel. She has designed lighting for numerous theatre productions in all local leading theatre companies including the Cameri, Habimah, Haifa, Beer Sheva and Beit Lessin as well as various dance shows. Among the shows she has designed lighting for are A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Cyrano, Macbeth, They Also Shoot Horses, Ideal Husband, Romeo and Juliet, Amadeus, Death of a Salesman, Hamlet, Democracy, My Fair Lady, The Visit of the Old Lady, Shlomo the King and Shalmai the Cobbler, 8 Women, The Bride and the Butterfly Catcher, A School for Wives, The Curios Incident of the Dog in the Night Time, Mandragola, Equus, The Rain Man, The Real Thing and many others. She designed lighting for the operas Laughing Rat and Flying Lessons (Ella Milch Sheriff) and the community production of Carmen in Tel Aviv (Bizet) at the Israeli Opera.
