    Friedman Bambi, set designer

    Bambi Friedman, set designer, was born in Israel.  He graduated with BA and  MFA from the Tel Aviv University. He also studied at Chelsea College of Art & Design, London. He has designed set and lighting for many productions, among them The Beauty Queen of Leanane, Anna Frank, Boy Gets Girl, Beyond Therapy,  Not About Nightingales and Rabbit Hole for the Beer Sheva Municipal Theatre, The Woman in Black and Rose for the Cameri Theatre, Good Heart and Cruel & Tender for the Habima National Theatre, French Film, Anda, Popcorn, Assassins and The Labor of Life for Beit Lessin Theatre, Betrayal and Conversations After a Funeral for The Khan Theatre, Bent, Richard II, Hedda Gabler, A Doll's House and Equus for the Sifriya Theatre and many others including numerous children shows. He also designed many musicals including Cabaret, Grease, The Sound of Music, Aida, Evita, Avenue Q, Oliver! Zorro – the Musical, Annie and others. He also designs sets for television and has a studio for designing commercial spaces, exhibitions and special events.
